Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

 

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, including all hardware, accessories, and packaging.
• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Return labels are only provided if the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
• All payment processing fees, financing fees, currency conversion fees, and any other non-refundable third-party charges associated with the original transaction will be deducted from the refund.
• These fees are non-recoverable and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances, including buyer’s remorse, order cancellation, or customer error.
• Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address and next steps.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions above.
